Anti-Money Laundering Audit

Annual Review
As part of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 Rule 206 (4) – 7 and Investment Company Act Rule 38a-1, investment advisers and investment companies, respectively, are required to conduct annual reviews of their policies and procedures to assess their adequacy and effectiveness. Similarly, broker-dealers are required to review their supervisory controls under FINRA Rule 3120.
