Deepak Kaimal joined COMPLY in 2024 as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), focusing on expanding the company’s technology infrastructure and driving product innovation to ensure financial services firms are staying ahead of regulatory compliance requirements.  With deep expertise and experience rooted in customer-centric innovation, Deepak is responsible for building products that continue to set the industry standard for scalability, reliability, and security, while delivering a modern, intuitive user experience that bridges multiple compliance use cases for financial services firms. 

With over 25 years of experience, Deepak has worked in various roles at companies including Exostar, ArrowStream, and Flexera, contributing to significant technological advancements and acquisitions. His expertise allows organizations to work effectively to bring products to market more quickly, building and executing roadmaps that eliminate technical debt and deploying the latest advances in cloud, mobile, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other technologies to drive growth. 

During his tenure as CTO at Exostar, Deepak oversaw the design, development, operations, and evolution of The Exostar Platform and its modules and applications. Prior to Exostar, Deepak served as CTO at ArrowStream where he led the transformation of a legacy B2B SaaS application into a cloud native distributed platform, which generated significant enterprise value and played a key role in the company’s acquisition. Deepak also served as Vice President of Engineering at Flexera, where he led a global team and converted several on premises software products into an integrated online microservice based B2B SaaS IT asset management platform that generated over $150M annual revenue and culminated in the firm’s acquisition. 

Earlier in his career, Deepak held senior positions at Cars.com, JPMorgan Chase, Rolls-Royce, Capgemini, and Intiqua International. He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
