Daniel Sanders

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel Sanders joined COMPLY in 2023 as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Sanders brings more than 30 years of global financial and operational experience with publicly traded venture capital-backed and private equity-funded technology companies. His experience includes three initial public offerings (IPOs), more than 20 merger and acquisition transactions, with two full exits, and participation in multiple fundraising events.

Previously, Mr. Sanders served as vice president of finance at TraceLink, a SaaS provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions. Prior to TraceLink, he held executive finance positions as vice president of finance, cloud at UKG, formerly Kronos, a high growth SaaS software development company, and various director-level roles at NaviSite, BladeLogic and Panacos Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Sanders also previously served as a chief finance officer and vice president of finance at InfoRay Corp and interim chief financial officer at ON Technology.

Mr. Sanders received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
