Chris DiTata

Christopher DiTata, Esq. is the executive vice president, programmatic compliance at COMPLY. He joined the organization in 2021 as part of the acquisition of RIA in a Box, where he had served as vice president and general counsel since 2018. Prior to RIA in a Box, Mr. DiTata served as an associate at Babchik & Young, LLP, an attorney at Drechsler & Drechsler LLP and an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Mr. DiTata is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Financial Planning Association and a licensed real estate broker. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
