The North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) is a voluntary organization that protects investors from fraud and abuse. NASAA was founded in 1919 in Kansas and is the oldest international investor protection organization. NASAA members are the closest regulators to local communities and small businesses. They work with the SEC, FINRA, NYSE, Nasdaq, and other self-regulatory organizations (SROs) to promote investor protection.
