The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) released its Annual Business Plan and three-year business plan for 2022 – 2025, which focuses on the regulator’s objectives of minimising harm to consumers and the UK financial system through the use of data, technology and more intelligent surveillance. The FCA continues its narrative of being an “outcomes-focused” regulator and expects firms to have outcome-focused regulatory frameworks in place.
Our keynote and panel discussions featuring industry experts will cover the use of technology and data in creating “outcome-focused” compliance frameworks within your firm, allowing compliance functions to become more efficient and results based. In light of the FCA’s continued focus on good conduct, culture and diversity, our discussions will explore what this means for compliance teams for the next three to four years.
