Eric Przybisiki

Chief Legal Officer

Eric Przybisiki joined the company as its general counsel in 2018 and was named chief legal officer in 2021. Prior to joining, Mr. Przybisiki served as the secretary and general counsel for the North American businesses of Atos (Euronext: ATO), a global IT outsourcing provider, where he oversaw and coordinated the legal strategy and affairs of its regional businesses and led the team responsible for all legal matters, including global outsourcing transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and procurement.

Mr. Przybisiki has spent more than 20 years in-house advising clients in the technology field, serving organizations, such as Hyperion Solutions, HSS, Westcon Group and Siemens on a myriad of matters related to their contracting, compliance, operations, product development and strategic growth initiatives.

He holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York.
