Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff Hilk joined COMPLY in April 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for revenue growth strategies and go-to-market execution across all customer segments from enterprise to SMB.

Jeff has 30+ years of experience in the tech industry, leading teams in account management, sales, product management, and engineering. Prior to COMPLY, Jeff provided consulting services to SaaS companies interested in optimizing commercial growth, as well as corporate clients and private equity firms interested in investing in the GRC software sector.

Previously, Jeff spent nearly 10 years in C-suite commercial leadership roles at Diligent, a leading Governance, Risk and Compliance SaaS provider. During this time, Jeff served as both Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Customer Officer as Diligent experienced explosive growth and emerged as the global leader in the GRC software space.

Prior to Diligent, Jeff held various leadership positions in large multi-national companies such as NCR, AT&T, and McDonnell-Douglas Aerospace, as well as smaller tech firms such as Boundless Corporation and BlueShark Technologies.

Jeff holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University. He resides in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
