We are thrilled to announce the release of our new cloud-based Virtual Advisor Desktop and Enhanced Cybersecurity Dashboard for RIA Firms. The new solution is designed to protect RIA firms against cyberattacks and boost productivity, while integrating with regulatory compliance activities.
By combining the Virtual Adviser Desktop and Cybersecurity Dashboard with our current MyRIACompliance® cybersecurity solution, RIA firms can construct, implement, and document a robust cybersecurity compliance program.
Following the acquisition of ITEGRIA in May 2021, the Virtual Desktop paired with the Cybersecurity Dashboard are a first of its kind product offering, catering to RIA firms of all sizes. All Virtual Desktop packages feature a virtual desktop solution that provides RIA firms with a faster, more secure environment focused on mobility, flexibility, and access to automated compliance and cybersecurity reporting, provided via the new MyRIACompliance® Dashboard.
The solution is built on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”) information security framework, which focuses on five functions: identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover. RIA firms will gain access to cyber defense technologies, including multi-factor authentication, data backup, disaster recovery, web filtering, vulnerability management, and access rights and controls. Firms can control which users can access what data and manage devices, files, and applications in one place.
We are excited to provide RIA firms with access to a holistic cybersecurity and compliance platform. The new product offering, along with our MyRIACompliance Cybersecurity solution are complemented by the MyRIACompliance vendor due diligence platform which helps RIA firms automate third party technology vendor due diligence review and documentation. As demonstrated in the image below, the release of this solution fulfills our core mission to solve the three unique cybersecurity risks that RIA firms face: people, technology, and vendors.
The new standard level virtual desktop is priced at $250 per month per user and the elite level virtual desktop is priced at $350 per month per user. The solution can be bundled with our existing MyRIACompliance® cybersecurity platform and vendor due diligence platform which features over 45 the industry-leading RIA technology providers which are available to digitally connect via the platform.
